What’s Included?

  • Personal Training

    • 1 on 1 Private Training Sessions & Group Sessions in a Private training facility available.

    • Sessions are normally 1 hour in duration & paid monthly. No long term contracts. Clients train for either 2,3,4, or 5 days per week.

    • I curate custom workout programs for my clients. These programs are made specific to their personal needs in order to reach their goals. Some programs include but are not limited to: Strength Training, HIIT, Cardiovascular exercise, Mobility & Recovery, and other styles of training depending on the client’s goals and health status.

  • Nutritional Guidance

    • Each client receives nutritional guidance in regards to their macros, based upon their BMR results from the Body Composition Machine.

    • I offer clients information in regards to what foods & macros they will most benefit from in order to reach their goals. We work on building a healthy relationship with food and creating a plan that will be sustainable.

  • 24/7 Trainer Support

    • Here as your biggest support system! I’m going to help you get into the best shape of your life & to overcome obstacles you have been facing regarding your fitness journey.

    • Each client receives daily access to me as their Personal Trainer.

  • Check-Ins & Progress Tracking
